NRB Solutions GmbH offers AI software automation services on a subscription basis (monthly and yearly). Since our services are digital and non-physical, returns are not applicable.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all payments are final for the current billing period.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@nrb-e.com.
• Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

3. Exceptions & Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If a billing error occurs on our end, leading to an incorrect charge.
• If a subscription is renewed by mistake after proper cancellation.

NRB Solutions GmbH bietet KI-Software-Automatisierungen auf Abonnementbasis (monatlich und jährlich) an. Da unsere Dienstleistungen digital und nicht physisch sind, ist eine Rückgabe nicht möglich.

Mit dem Kauf eines Abonnements stimmen Sie dieser Richtlinie zu und erkennen an, dass alle Zahlungen für den aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraum endgültig sind.

2. Kündigungsrichtlinie

• Abonnements können jederzeit gekündigt werden, entweder über Ihre Kontoeinstellungen oder per E-Mail an info@nrb-e.com.
• Nach der Kündigung bleibt das Abonnement bis zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv und wird danach nicht erneuert.
• Keine Rückerstattung für den verbleibenden Zeitraum im aktuellen Abrechnungszyklus.

3. Ausnahmen & Rückerstattungen

Eine Rückerstattung wird nur unter folgenden besonderen Umständen gewährt:

• Falls ein Abrechnungsfehler auf unserer Seite auftritt und eine falsche Abbuchung erfolgt.
• Falls ein Abonnement nach einer ordnungsgemäßen Kündigung versehentlich verlängert wurde.

Falls Sie glauben, dass Sie unter diese Bedingungen fallen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach der Transaktion unter info@nrb-e.com.
